Important Dates & Deadlines
Mark your calendar and stay on track with these critical deadlines.
Food Sampling & Permit Deadline
Submit form and temporary permit to City of Austin.
Utility Orders Due
Final day to order electricity and Wi-Fi at standard rates.
COI Submission Deadline
Submit your Certificate of Insurance by this date.
Decorator Orders Due
Order furnishings and submit shipping labels.
Shipments Arrive
All shipments must arrive to the decorator warehouse by this date.
Expo Exhibitor Schedule

Thursday, January 14
2:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Exhibitor move-in. Move in equipment will not be provided; no overflow storage.
Friday, January 15
7:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Exhibitor move-in.
12:30 PM: Loading dock doors close; no access.
1:00 PM – 7:00 PM: EXPO, PACKET PICKUP OPEN
7:30 PM: Doors closed and locked for the night
Saturday, January 16
8:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Loading dock doors open
10:00 AM – 5:00 PM: EXPO, PACKET PICKUP OPEN
5:15 PM – 9:00 PM: Exhibitor move-out. No early dismantling (safety/insurance). Take all items; storage unavailable.
Late Move-Out Fees
A 5-minute grace period after 9:00 PM, then $150/hour. Past 10:00 PM, an additional $150 plus required on-site labor to clear by 11:00 PM.
